I live on Lincoln Ct too and am concerned about this graffiti, as well as people dumping furniture on the Lincoln Ct side of the Willow Senior Center. Do you have any ideas about how we can get the street in better shape? I would really like to see if the neighbors can work together to improve the block. Thoughts?]]></description>
